Our winner is… Mandy F.
If you’re not the lucky one, don’t forget that you can order a PDF of the book or preorder the physical copy, and shop for Lorna’s Laces yarn at your favorite yarn shop.
In the meantime, console yourself by revisiting Cookie’s amazing contributions to Knitty.
Pomatomus: the sock that started it all.
Monkey: a classic for our times.
Hedera, Beaudelaire and Clandestine: lacy and gorgeous.
And Red Herring: easy and unexpected colorwork.
I have made Pomatomus 4 times so far – love that pattern! I have made several more of Cookie’s designs and am about to do Clandestine 🙂
congrats to the winner!
love the way the socks are displayed, especially the first on the ‘leg’
I’ve knitted a few of these, and can’t wait to work up the rest.
I have knitting two of those, but I will admit that I completely forgot about Red Herring!
Congrats to the winner!!
I absolutely Love! the choices you made for your sock displays! What fun; how creative you are! 🙂 I saw somewhere that someone had done a self imposed a 1 year 1 pr of socks a month knit. After seeing these I may have to do the same to catch up.
Her designs are alway so different! I have made every sock in Sock Innovation. Can’t wait til I have my copy of Knit. Sock. Love.
I haven’t made Monkey yet, but I really want to!
This would be a great addition to my collection
